Thank you for your interest in The Meadows Housing Community. The Meadows is (3) and (4) Bedroom newly built Tax Credit homes. With the following wonderful amenities:

Located near schools, and great access to the Interstate. We accept applications Monday-Thursday from 8:00am-4:30pm. Please feel free to complete a Pre-application, in order to qualify for one of our homes:

  • You must be able to pass criminal and credit background check.
  • Must have at least 3 years good rental history.
  • Must meet income limit and restrictions based off of family size.

All applications are accepted, please provide a photo ID, and Social Security card for all adult household members. The Meadows works off of a wait list, based upon availability, feel free to call on Wednesdays to check your waiting list status.
