Office Manager. Barbara Boyd has been a member of JHA since 1992. She is responsible for AP, AR, Payroll and office administration.

Section 8 Administrator. Gisela Williams has been a member of JHA since 1990. She is responsible for the administration of the Section 8 Program.

Public Housing Manager. Pam Dednam has been a member of JHA since 1984. She is responsible for the administration of the Public Housing Program.

Section 8 Inspector. LeeAnn Potter has been a member of JHA since 2002. She is responsible for conducting Section 8 HQS Inspections.

Public Housing Administrative Clerk. Beth Simons has been a member of JHA since 2002. She is the clerk for the Public Housing Program.

Maintenance Mechanic II. Bobby Snow has been a member of JHA since 1999. He performs maintenance work for our Public Housing Program.

Maintenance Mechanic I. Thomas VanHoveln has been a member of JHA since 2007. He is currently the Maintenance Foreman for the Public Housing Program.
